Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Cup Skyr or greek yogurt (Use plain greek yogurt if Skyr is not available)
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach, coarsely chopped (Kale or arugula can also be used to get a different flavor profile)
- 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes, halved (Use diced normal tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes for a richer flavor)

- 1 Cup Bell peppers, diced (any color) (Zucchini or mushrooms can be used to get a different texture)
- 1/4 Cup Olives, sliced (black or green) (Capers can be used for a salty taste without the olives)

- 1 Tablespoon Herbs (fresh or dried) (Use a mix of Italian herbs such as Oregano, Basil, Thyme. Use your favorite herbs based on personal preference)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil, for drizzling (Avocado oil or a non-stick spray can be used for lower calorie options)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder (Freshly chopped garlic can be used (about 1 clove))
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional) (Black pepper or omit for no spiciness)
Instructions
- Collect all the necessary ingredients.
- Prepare the dough by activating the yeast, mixing dry with wet ingredients, kneading it, then let it rise.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the Skyr sauce by combining it with your choice of herbs and spices.
- Roll and form the pizza dough, then add the sauce and your desired toppings.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Avoid overworking the dough. Temperature is important, make sure the water for the yeast is warm, not hot. Feel free to get creative with toppings but keep them light. Keep an eye on cooking time.
