  • Frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer (nach Geschmack)
  • Parmesankäse (optional) (zum Servieren, gerieben)

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to taste.
  3. Once the garlic is slightly golden, add freshly chopped parsley and season with salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and toss them into the pan, stirring to coat the pasta with the oil and spices.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
