- 400 Gramm Spaghetti
- 100 ml Natives Olivenöl Extra
- 6 Zehen Knoblauch, dünn geschnitten
- 1 Teelöffel Rote Pfefferflocken (nach Geschmack anpassen)
- ¼ Tasse Petersilie, frisch, fein gehackt
- Salz (nach Geschmack für das Nudelwasser)
- Frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer (nach Geschmack)
- Parmesankäse (optional) (zum Servieren, gerieben)
Instructions
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Once the garlic is slightly golden, add freshly chopped parsley and season with salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
- Drain the spaghetti and toss them into the pan, stirring to coat the pasta with the oil and spices.
- Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Alternative preparations: Gluten-Free: Replace regular spaghetti with gluten-free pasta made from rice, quinoa or chickpeas. Vegan: Omit the Parmesan cheese or use nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor without dairy. Low-Carb/Keto: Replace spaghetti with zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles.
