Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (Cheddar or choice)
- 1/2 cup Cooked and chopped bacon (optional) (Optional ingredient)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: pancake mix, eggs, cheese, sausage patties, and maple syrup.
- Prepare pancake mix according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook sausage patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pour small circles of pancake batter in the same pan to form mini pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip to cook the other side.
- Once pancakes are ready, place a slice of cheese on one pancake, followed by a cooked sausage patty, and drizzle a little maple syrup on top.
- Cover the mixture with another pancake to complete the muffin.
- Repeat the process with remaining ingredients to create more muffins.
