  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (Cheddar or choice)
  • 1/2 cup Cooked and chopped bacon (optional) (Optional ingredient)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: pancake mix, eggs, cheese, sausage patties, and maple syrup.
  2. Prepare pancake mix according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook sausage patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Pour small circles of pancake batter in the same pan to form mini pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip to cook the other side.
  5. Once pancakes are ready, place a slice of cheese on one pancake, followed by a cooked sausage patty, and drizzle a little maple syrup on top.
  6. Cover the mixture with another pancake to complete the muffin.
  7. Repeat the process with remaining ingredients to create more muffins.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious homemade McGriddle Muffins!
