  • 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup for a vegan option)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Rinse all melons under cold running water to remove dirt or residues.
  2. Halve each melon, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and cut the pulp into bite-size cubes.
  3. In a large bowl gently mix the diced melon pieces.
  4. Chop a handful of fresh mint leaves and sprinkle over the melon mixture.
  5. Drizzle fresh lime juice over the fruits to enhance the taste and prevent browning.
  6. If desired, crumble Feta cheese on top for a savory contrast.
  7. Drizzle honey or balsamic glaze for additional sweetness and depth.
  8. Gently mix the salad ingredients with a spatula or large spoon.
  9. Cover the bowl with cling film or transfer the salad to an airtight container.
  10. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the flavours to blend together.
