Instructions
- Rinse all melons under cold running water to remove dirt or residues.
- Halve each melon, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and cut the pulp into bite-size cubes.
- In a large bowl gently mix the diced melon pieces.
- Chop a handful of fresh mint leaves and sprinkle over the melon mixture.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the fruits to enhance the taste and prevent browning.
- If desired, crumble Feta cheese on top for a savory contrast.
- Drizzle honey or balsamic glaze for additional sweetness and depth.
- Gently mix the salad ingredients with a spatula or large spoon.
