- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Sliced olives
- 1 pack Wonton wrappers
- As needed oil Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- Cook the seasoned meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing and shredded cheese.
- Lay wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
- Spoon a small amount of cooked taco meat into the center of each wrapper.
- Top the meat with a dollop of the ranch and cheese mixture.
- Fold the wrappers in half and gently press to seal the filling inside.
- Place the folded wrappers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the wrappers in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing or salsa for dipping and enjoy!
