Description

Taco Ranch Bites are delicious finger foods that combine the bold flavors of taco seasoning with the creamy kick of ranch dressing, all wrapped in a crispy shell.

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sliced olives
  • 1 pack Wonton wrappers
  • As needed oil Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cook the seasoned meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing and shredded cheese.
  5. Lay wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
  6. Spoon a small amount of cooked taco meat into the center of each wrapper.
  7. Top the meat with a dollop of the ranch and cheese mixture.
  8. Fold the wrappers in half and gently press to seal the filling inside.
  9. Place the folded wrappers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake the wrappers in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  12. Serve with extra ranch dressing or salsa for dipping and enjoy!
